NRI Clients of Federal Bank have expressed their need for a one stop digital platform that will enable them to receive updated information on exchange rates, current interest rates, latest market developments among other things. Keeping this in mind, the Fed Pravasi App will cater to the specific requirements of Federal Bank NRI clientele. The application will help increase the scope of upselling and cross selling new products of Federal Bank to their NRI customers. It will also enable Federal Bank to increase their reach and access to customers worldwide.

Keeping this in mind, the Fed Pravasi App will cater to the specific requirements of Federal Bank NRI clientele. The application will help increase the scope of upselling and cross selling new products of Federal Bank to their NRI customers. It will also enable Federal Bank to increase their reach and access to customers worldwide.
REQUIREMENT
App must cover basic information categories such Forex Rates, Deposit Rates, Calculators, What’s new corner, Digital Support, NR Products/Schemes and Contact Us. Daily updation of information related to Daily Exchange Rate, Deposit Rate, What’s New Corner etc. It must be designed in way that enables modification of the content anytime. Announcements related to deposits/latest information must be available as a push notification. Under the digital support tab, information related to online account opening and links enabling access/download of digital products such as Fed Book and Fed Mobile must be included. In case the customer has already installed the apps, it must open every time the corresponding icon is clicked. In case the apps are not installed, there must be an automatic redirection to the App Store. Space for sliding web banner should be available on the bottom side of the App’s Home Screen. This space will be used to highlight products and new campaigns. NRI division to be given admin access to modify/amend contents in this application.
